San Francisco Dine About Town

01/04/06 09:43 PM

BTW

January means ya’ll are on a diet, right?

As if.

January means it’s San Francisco’s Dine About Town! At many restaurants ‘about’ San Francisco, you can eat a three course lunch for $22 or a three course dinner for $32.

But Kristen, where should I dine?

I’m glad you asked that question. Well, first you should check out the link because these restaurants can be sneaky about when they offer their deals. But second- you should cross reference where you want to go with my list. I sorted out all of the restaurants where you will really get a deal. Below are the restaurants in dine-about-town that have great food ratings, but are usually are $50 per person (or more- and that may not even be for three courses). Yikes! But this month you can have dinner there for $32 dinner a person. (I didn’t include the lunch-only spots because $22 for lunch doesn’t seem like a deal to me).

 Bix (Financial District)
Crustacean (Nob Hill)
La Suite (South Beach)
Rubicon (Financial)
Ruth Chris’ Steak House (Van Ness)
Seasons at Four Seasons (Downtown)
The Terrace at the Ritz Carlton(Nob Hill)
Tommy Toy’s Cuisine Chinoise (Downtown)

And if you eat at any of the dine-about-town places, please tell me about it!

Happy Eating!

Laney Reusch

Hi Kristen! We have never met but my husband (Joe) and Fleix worked together for a while. Anyways, we just got your newsletter and I just wanted to let you know that it is SUPERCUTE! We got it last year too and it is the only holiday newsletter I look forward to reading and don't roll my eyes at! So I've followed you here to your food blog and this looks pretty cool--although we live in Cincinnati. And I don't cook. And the only place we go out to eat are Arthurs (corner pub), Skyline, and Max and Ermas.

Joe and I love San Francisco and will look you up when we are out there taking Piper on her first trip to CA.
:)
