Montara: Where Anti-Foodies Go

The Anti-Foodie Life

05/20/07 08:07 AM

BTW

You would think that from my dearth of posts that I had stopped eating completely. Don't worry, I haven't- I've just been a really bad foodie lately. This usually happens when I have two shows going at once- but now that one of them closed last night, I'm back again, and I may even eat something that is worth a post. Here are some of the embarrassing details of my anti-foodie life:

- I think lately my main source of energy comes from Pete's lattes. I've been downing way too much coffee. And loving it. My BCL (blood caffeine level) probably isn't legal in many states.
- Many nights I go straight from one rehearsal/show to another and have no time for dinner. Therefore dinner becomes me eating spoonfuls of Whole Foods Crunchy Peanut Butter at 11:30pm while emailing.
- I haven't cooked since Easter.
- My fridge is ghastly. Unless you like Coke Zero, salsa and rotting herbs. And the only reason there is Coke in the fridge is because of Felix.  In fact, I'm so embarrassed I'm going to clean the fridge right now...

It is great that you will be on stage from June 15 to July 1 (Wed. thru Sun.).
I will check my call schedule and call the ticket office.
